Swinburne University
Commissioned as part of Swinburne University's ongoing campus improvements, this series of interior and exterior murals was designed to strengthen the University's visual identity and create more engaging learning environments. Spanning both a prominent outdoor thoroughfare and the Bloomberg Economics Lab, the artworks transform everyday campus spaces into memorable destinations, demonstrating how thoughtfully integrated public art can enrich educational environments, strengthen campus identity and contribute to long-term placemaking outcomes.
Bloomberg Economics Lab
The indoor component of the fit-out sits within Swinburne's Bloomberg Economics Lab, where a hand-painted world map anchors the room and iconic global financial cities, London, New York, Sydney, Hong Kong, thread across the walls. The interior work was designed to bring the lab's subject matter to life, giving students a distinctive, immersive environment tied directly to what they study.
